Our process
Property Evaluation
Typically this can be done within 1-2 hours depending on the property.
Written Report
Including recommended updates, repairs, paint colors, decorating suggestions, decor, and furniture arrangements.
Furniture
Sometimes we’ve already moved out and our home is empty. Empty homes are difficult for buyers to visualize themselves in. That’s why we offer the option to rent furniture to all our clients and don’t worry we’ll make the selections.
